ACC case managers may refer patients for 6 or 12 week exercise programmes. These programmes help restore strength, fitness and function to assist the return to work after injury. Classes can also be taken privately, with the added advantage of being led by a health professional.

LA BELLA MAMA
An exercise class for all moms whether the baby is 6 weeks old or 46 years of age
This class combines yoga and physiotherapy exercises to address the effects of pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing on the body.
Good for the spine and the correct way of getting core strength and stability back.
This programme is developed and led by Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Jolene Smith, of the Focus Health Physiotherapy Team.
